Google Deskbar Plug-in Development Kit

Google has released a Google Deskbar Plug-in Development Kit for developers to add plug ins to the Google Bar we all seem to have in IE. Part of the API is a .NET assembly. Users need to install the latest version of the Google Deskbar and version 1.0 or higher of the Microsoft .NET Framework to use plug-ins. Looks like fun.
