Hitchhiker's Guide to Biomorphic Software

Interesting article in ACM Queue about Biomorphic Software. I have always been fascinated about how the organic world can inspire new ideas in the virtual world. I have read a lot of Kevin Kelly works such as Out of Control. I also did a senior project at Michigan State involving PVM and Genetic Algorithms that was a blast to work on. I think that like for drugs the living world will lend a lot of help to us fixing software.
