Pet Shop and TaskVision rewritten in Delphi 8?

Is it worth rewritting the Pet Shop and TaskVision projects in Delphi 8? who knows and who cares. It will make me a better developer and try to get cool architecture patterns and ideas into Delphi code. So stay tuned and we will see what happens. I am also trying to port the Java XP tool XPPLanner to Delphi 8 and .NET.
